Actually, the first cartoon animated in Flash is Nelvana's "Quads". When it premiered, I believe "Home Movies" was still using the squigglevision

I thought science court came before home moviesScience Court and Dr. Katz before it were made in a format called Squigglevision which used wavy lines to mask what was essentialy very bad animation.
