Just wondering...

Is any one here interested in a Story String? We have one going on the Fanfic baords called Returning the Favor (actually it's being finished... it was resurected from the old baords...) and let me tell you, has it had a lot of turns. A lot of villians have appeared, such as the Joker, Ra's al Ghul (with Talia, Ube), Poison Ivy, and Catwoman. There was even a new assassian called Livia Arnele(sp). It's pretty interesting and has been a lot of fun. As story strings usually are. Any one (hint hint DG) wanna start a new one? Or maybe a BB one, and a TNBS? I dunno, just a thought. What do ya all say?

I'm definetley interested- I've been trying to follow the story on the fanfic boards and the only reason I haven't posted is because I'm not positive what's going on and I'm afraid I'll screw it up.

I'm in. I better read the last string story to get an idea of what kind of cliffhangers to put in and how to introduce characters. Never done stuff like that before.

String stories all the way!!! Man, I'm a string story-holic,lol. I loved doing them when I was here...*sobs*, before I took like that random 6 months leave. hehe, even have a few of the old finished string stories on disk...my god were they awesome. So, anyways, yeah, I'm so game for a string story.

Can story strings be posted in the B,S,& Beyond board?

Story strings are allowed to be posted here as long as they stay within the rules of the board. While "Story Strings" usually belong on the Fan Fic Board, the story string is something that has been done on these boards since it's inception - and I see no harm in bringing it back now and again. All I ask is that you label the thread a story string (ie:Story String: Nightwing Goes Shopping (PG)) properly so there's no confusion!

I remember doing so many of these in the past on the old WF Boards...it's almost like a tradition!

I posted a few additions to the story string on the fan fic board. It was certainly very enjoyable and very interesting to see where the next writer takes the story that you have just added to. I'm all for it!

I had an idea similar to this.I was going to start a thread,give it a title,write a few paragraphs,and then let other people take it from there..wait a minute..that is your idea.(sigh)How I wish I had been a member of these boards from their inception. IDEA STEALER!!!( ;) )

Oh,well,since it's already been concepted,I'll join in.I'm a writing fanatic. I love this stuff,too. :p
