This week I picked up Dan Slott's newest Marvel comic . . .
GLA #1: What an amazingly dark, morbid, and yet funny comic. Not enough laughs as I've come to expect from Slott's She-Hulk work; this was more of a call back to the bleakness of his Arkham Asylum miniseries. Strangely enough, I find myself caring what happens to these idiots. So you can imagine my jaw dropping when the end of this issue promised that another hero would die next issue! It's like a train wreck: A horrible sight to witness, yet you can't take your eyes off of it. Grade: B
