From the extensive, though rarely useful, AS Glossary (http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?t=144706):
C&C - Stands for Comments and Criticism. For show premieres, threads like these are made by the mods for users to make comments and review.Basically, the AS board mods decided they didn't like the word "talkback," so they came up with various replacements.

Same here! Someone should make sure that all n00bs know what that means, considering that Kagetsu (over 1,000 posts) and Tak Mazé (over 1,000 posts) and me (just under 1,000 posts) still didn't know what it meant.

Ah, so that's what it means. I figured that it was some kind of inside joke.

You give us too much credit, we aren't that clever.

That's why we have the AS Glossary. :)

You're assuming "n00bs" read that...
You have to etch it into their brains by force, or else they'll never get it.

No one said it was a "clever" inside joke. [/kidding]

Those extras seem hard to find, maybe I'm using the wrong door to enter.

I figured C&C out by myself.
(Everybody glares at Temple.)
The AS forum is the only FAQ I read all the way through. Though, if the FAQ mentions the glossary I am going to feel like an idiot, because I've never heard of it.

The link to the glossary is at the very end of the FAQ.

Maybe it might be wiser to shift the glossar link to the top of the FAQ. Sometimes people just don't have the patience to dig down to the bottom.
The AS forum glossary is amusing to read from a historical perspective. It's curious how many things can go forgotten. I'm almost suprised that it isn't riddled with snarky descriptions and in jokes, and that it refers to The Lewis Lectures as a, "gem."
If the AS board ever has an accompanying website (or, rather, one that isn't just a list of bullet points from ComicCon '04), a livelier rewrite might be in order.
