... from Sunday, June 17 - Sunday, June 24 I will be away on a week-long vacation (...with pay :D ) in Orlando, Florida. I will be spending an entire week there this time, unlike when I only went for a few days back in early December. I have my tickets for 4 days at Disney and 2 days at Universal right here. Boy, oh, boy, I'm all set! Just thought I'd give you guys some advance warning. Hopefully, Jack, Matthew, and Brian will be able to manage the board without me for an entire week.

I believe this will be the first time since I've had CN (about a year now!) that I will be *missing* an episode of LNB&W! Oh, the humanity! Hopefully my hotel room has cable... or, at least, the VCR back home will be operating properly. Knowing my luck, that will be the night when CN decides to play stuff like "Africa Squeaks", "Porky's Ant", and "Hobby Horse Laffs". Speaking of CN, somebody else will have to take over the Acme Hour postings for a week.

I am pretty excited and hope to come back with a load of cartoon character goodies like the past two times I went. :) I hope to find some rare cartoon videos at Downtown Disney's Virgin Megastore (found a new copy of MGM Cartoon Magic last time I went!) and maybe some more stuff with a certain crazy Woodpecker when I go to Universal.

Oh well, I still have over a week to go...

Please tell us of any goodies you stumble upon when you return, and just plain have fun in Orlando!

Oh, I'm sure Jack, Matthew, and Brian will be able to keep things under control for a week. Thanks for the offer, anyway. ;)

All I can say is....I wish that we were going at the same time! It would be cool to actually meet you down there! I plan on going down there for two weeks at the end of July! I plan to do the same things you are doing (going to Disney and Universal, and perhaps find some cartoon videos!). Are you staying on the Disney property? I always do!

Also, are you going to Universal's Islands of Adventure?
