Gamestop refunds?

Ok today i bought a wireless controller for my xbox and it is badly made, my question to you guys will they give me a refund?

It does suck, that's how most stores work. Best Buy, Toys R Us, EB Games, etc.

Should have bought a Logitech anything else is junk.

If you have the receipt they should return it for you and give you store credit back, if your lucky you may get your cash back.

So my controller doesnt fit in that catergory right. And any advise if they will not give back my refund?

Your controller fits in that catagory, but if you aren't an ass, the clerks will probably work with you, we do at my store. If it were me I would give you store credit back and would have told you not to buy any wireless controller except for the Logitech brand one to begin with.

Depends on the store and the situation. I recently attempted to purchase God Of War, but I got a bad copy. I took it back to exchange it, but the second copy was also bad. At that point I just asked if I could swap it out for another game. They let me do that. Don't know if they'd give you your money back, but they might let you exchange it for something else.
