The Smallville themed site <a href="http://www.kryptonsite.com">Kryptonsite</a> says that a whole slew of new Smallville episodes are on the way -- and fast! Look for Shimmer to follow Rogue, which airs on January 15th. That episode features the return of Kelly Brook's character, introduces STAR Labs to the Smallville continuity and includes a wraith-like villain.
The next episode is called Hug, in which Brook also guest stars. Book is slated for three - four episodes.
Following those episodes, will be another new one called "Leech", which will bring back the "kryptonite-freak-of-the-week" theme back to Smallville, though temporarily. Shawn Ashmore, the actor who played "Bobby Drake" in the summer 2000 hit movie X-Men, is set to appear as this episode's freak-of-the-week. The character that Ashmore plays sound smuch like currently deceased Superman villian The Parasite, who sucks the power and life out of his oppenents.
