Well a little more than half of the first season was excellent and the other half or so was awful.

But the show does deserve another season, because I think they can pull off an almost perfect season the second time around.

I never understood the flack this show gets from the fans. Its probably the funniest, most inventive and most entertaining AS exclusive outside of the original line-up and Venture Brothers. Id take it over "Perfect Hair Forever" or "Tom Goes to the Mayors" anyday. It wasnt always batting a thousand but id definately love to see another season.

I don't care. I hated the pilot and read the reviews before the actual series started airing. Besides, there really isn't anything good on Adult Swim anymore.

I honestly prefer not, but if it must I got a suggestion. How about the first episode opens up with CARR driving off a cliff with Hoop and they die and the best part, NEVER RETURN! Then we work off the misadventures of Stroker, the only real likeable character in the main cast (the fat friend is meh and the black doctor is also meh.) I do find Stroker's stories with his son and ex-wife as slightly amusing and from the whole season, I only liked two full episodes. The "sack flashers" one and the one with the alien girl. If they write more episodes like those, then I might like the show. If we get more of the "5 Diamonds" and other mediocre episodes, then please just cancel it.

So right now for me:
80% of me says: No! I don't want a new season.
20% of me says: Only if the writing improves drastically.

The good and bad episodes evened out in the end to the point where I'd be receptive to new episodes of the show. However, if they never come...it wouldn't be nearly as infuriating as say....Venture Brothers.

I'd be all up for it, considering it's one of the newer wave of AS shows that are... well... a half-hour, fully fleshed out produced show.

In short I think it's Hoop who is the main problem to the show. Stroker is a deadbeat loser who trys to play it down. Hoop is a loser who is benevolent of his own loser-dom. You can't have two losers of very similar types play off each other, it just doesn't work.

Venture Brothers and Lucy- Daughter of the devil. However, I don't believe in the rehabilition method (shows stinks and the ratings are low? Let's give it two more seasons to hit it's groove) for TV shows.
