Random thing that just pops in my head.

Supposedly, wasn't there an animated commercial for Coca-Cola in a foreign country (either Japan, China, or Korea) that ended up with an angel being shot dead or something? I believe it was in one of the AMV Hells, and I'm curious if anyone knows the story behind it.

That wasn't an actual legit commercial. It was just the audio playing over footage from a Ghibli film with the Coca-Cola logo inserted for extra randomness. I think it was in either AMV Hell 2 (probably this one) or AMV Hell 3. I saw all the AMV Hells (except for 0 but only because I had better things to do at the time) at Anime USA and the best thing I can remember is half of the audience shiftly uncomfortably in their seats and the rest rolling on the floor during that part.

It was the first AMV Hell that contained the Coke commercial spoof. The anime that's used in that segment was "On Your Mark", a music video directed by Hayao Miyazaki, with the segment being a crack at how a Coke can was laying on the ground when the two cops who are the heroes of this piece find the injured angel.

Rolling on the floor as in sick and throwing up? Obviously, those people never saw the movie: CONSTANTINE.
