This reminds me of a threaqd from a year or so ago (in animation) about a guy who had a museum peice in which he drew up skeletons for cartoon characters, like Tweety, Pikachu and the Powerpuffgirls.

EDIT: and Leela looks like a guy wearing a bra.....
