from wwe.com:

Earlier today in Stamford, Conn., Ted DiBiase collapsed and lost consciousness. He has since regained consciousness and will be held overnight in a local hospital to undergo testing.

I hope he's allright. The last thing we need is yet another great wrestler dying. And in the holiday season too.

Oh man. I hope he pulls through ok. Like VCXZX said, we really don't need another legend dying.

 :( Ohmygod, when I say Teddy's picture on WWE.com and the headline I was dang near traumatized. Ted DiBiase is perhaps my all-time favorite heel and I love that he's with WWE again in even a backstage capacity. I just hope that whatever it is isn't serious or it's been caught early.

I hope he's okay. He's one of the few people that I would actually like to see make a return as a full-time on-air personality. He'd make a great manager for some of the younger talent.

He'd make a great manager for some of the younger talent. With the way WWE treats managers these days I got either better idea or something that would be a great add-on. Velocity commentator. I was just saying last week how Romero is worthless and Josh needs a wrestler sitting next to him. DiBiase was great when he was a sub for the big shows and a regular commentator on either Superstars or Wrestling Challenge (can't remember) and he cleary has an extensive knowledge of the mat game that would lend some legitimacy to the WWE.com show.

Ted Dibiase was always a great heel and seemed like a real nice guy. I hope he'll be alright.

Man, I'm real shock to hear this. I hope Ted is okay, and I agree he was my favorite heel in the 80's and the early 90's.

I'm sure he'll be okay. He hasn't passed away, and he regained conciousness so his stay at the hospital is really nothing more than just to make sure they don't let him go about his way before making sure he's safe. My dad has had this happen three times, because of irregular blood levels, but he always made it out of the hospital the next day. I think Ted will be alright.

On a sidenote, I really have been hoping he'll end up as the new RAW general manager.

On a sidenote, I really have been hoping he'll end up as the new RAW general manager. Now that would be cool. Ted's one of the few legends that isn't still constantly trying to get his mug in front of a camera somewhere, and for just that he deserves a shot to be a star in a non-wrestling capicity. Not to mention all his other attributes.

Update from wwe.com:

After collapsing and losing consciousness Tuesday in Stamford, Conn., Ted DiBiase spent the night in a local hospital to undergo testing. Ted has since been released from the hospital and is feeling much better. He is currently on his way back home.

Glad he's going to be OK.

Great to hear that he's doing OK. However, I don't see him getting a major recurring on-air role again any time soon. I just... don't.
