I have 12 (the limit of poll options) listed. You can vote for as many as you want though! There are so many others I have not mentioned so if you can think of them, post them!

There's a version of "Frosty the Snowman" I like that's sung by Gene Autry. It's the kind of song they'd play on the Woody's Roundup Christmas Special (remember Toy Story 2?)...If Woody had made a Christmas special...
I read in a newspaper just the other day that "Sleigh Ride" was one of the most played Christmas songs this year, surpassing "Silver Bells" and all the others.
Santa, Rudolph, and Frosty must be pouting over this...

My absolutely favorite Christmas carol is The First Noel, which for some reason isn't on the list.

I have a certain fondness for Silent Night. If I might be allowed the pretense, I really like the German original (Stille Nacht) better. For one thing, heilige is three syllables long, so it doesn't have to be drawn out and sound a little silly like holy can sometimes.

Some of my favorites aren't listed (such as "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen", "Joy to the World", and "What Child is This?"), but I can list my favorite versions of each song listed here.

How about Elvis' version?
Hey, did anyone watch the Ray Charles Christmas Celebration (taped in early-2000s. I think it was one of Ray's last concerts before he died) on TV One last night? He sang "The Christmas Song" very well..

Loved Elvis's version as well. My favorite from Elvis will always be "Blue Christmas."

MIKE: Good evening Buffalo! We are Santa Kläws and we have just one question for you. Are you ready to be merry?
FRANK: Yes!
MIKE: I said are you ready to be merry?
FRANK & DR. FORRESTER: Yes!
MIKE: Then stuff this in your stocking. One two three four,
I have slain the grinch,
I have broken his spell.
I am the warrior of Christmas,
The world we will tell.
CROW & TOM: Christmas time
We will free your mind
Let love un-wind.
MIKE: The warrior of Christmas
Has cast out the neon prince.
Hail the new Kläws,
Your hair he will rinse.
CROW & TOM: Silver bells fall from your nose,
Santa Kläws will mist your toes,
Rudolph's found the emperor's clothes.
MIKE: Blitzen, let's explode!
Joy to the world!
Thank you Buffalo. We love you!
CROW: Okay, now if you'll all look at (http://www.qklinkserver.com/lm/dir.asp?si=98&k=look%20at) your sheet music (http://www.qklinkserver.com/lm/dir.asp?si=98&k=sheet%20music), uh, we can rehearse my new song.
JOEL: You wrote a Christmas song?
CROW: Hey, there's no tradition like a new tradition! Ha ha ha!
TOM: Um, wait a minute. "Let's Have a Patrick Swayze Christmas?"
CROW: Oh, yeah, yeah. Based on my favorite movie, Roadhouse.
TOM: C'mon, what the heck does PATRICK SWAYZE have to do with CHRISTMAS?!
CROW: Hey, you keep Christmas in your way, and let me keep it in mine, okay?
TOM: Oh, geeez.
JOEL: Hey, c'mon, Tom Servo, it seems like a nice enough sentiment and we can give it a shot.
C'mon.
CROW: All right. Okay. Okay. Uh, 12/8 time, uh, key of A-flat major--
TOM: Good.
CROW: Uh, Cambot, shoot 'em the tune. Uh, okay, you'll just have to stay with me, everybody, okay? Uh, your part's written out. "Let's Have a Patrick Swayze Christmas", by Crow T. Robot.
JOEL: "Paul, let's have a Patrick Swayze Christmas"?
CROW: Right. Hit it, Cambot!
TOM: Oh! Oh, I start. I get it. Hmm.
CROW: I'm sorry.
TOM: Pick it up.
Open up your heart and let the Patrick Swayze Christmas in.
CROW: We'll gather at the Roadhouse with our next of kin.
TOM: Not bad!
JOEL: And Santa can be our regular Saturday night thing.
'BOTS: We'll decorate our barstools and gather round and sing.
TOM: Oh, let's have a Patrick Swayze Christmas this year!
CROW: Or we'll tear your throat out and kick you in the ear!
JOEL: Hold it, hold it a sec. Cambot, stop it. Uh, Crow, I don't know if I think this is an appropriate sentiment anymore for Christmas.
CROW: Hey, what? Like a good action sequence don't belong in Christmas?
JOEL: Well, no, it's just that I've never heard of an action sequence in a Christmas carol before.
TOM: Well, yeah!
CROW: Well, then grab hold o' your socks and read on, Joel Robinson!
TOM: Okay, pick it up from measure 20, Cambot. Lovely intro, though. Very tasteful.
CROW: Thank you.
TOM: I like that.
It's my way or the highway, this Christmas at my ba-ha-haar.
CROW: I'll have to smash your kneecaps if you bastards touch my car!
JOEL: I got the word that Santa has been stealing from the till.
'BOTS: I think that that right jolly old elf better make out his will, ohh,
ALL: Oh, let's have a Patrick Swayze Christmas, one and all.
And this can be the haziest...
This can be the laziest...
This can be the Swayziest
Christmas of them aaallllllllll!"
TOM: La la la laa ha HAAA!
CROW: How long before it becomes a standard?
JOEL: I think you gotta come with me. C'mon.
CROW: Waaaaah!
MIKE: Hi folks. Welcome back to the satellite. As a special treat Crow, Tom and I have written and are going to perform an original Christmas carol.
CROW: Mike, it's not just for Christmas. It's for holidays of all faiths.
TOM: Yeah, & don't call it a carol because Carol is a woman's name and we want this song to be all-inclusive (http://www.qklinkserver.com/lm/dir.asp?si=98&k=all%20inclusive).
MIKE: Right. Why don't you hit it Cambot.
Let us all now sing
Our praises to the Lord today
Although you may not share
Our belief system
Which is perfectly O.K.
CROW: Maybe you worship an abstract being
That is kind of vague.
Or maybe you just
Worship a guy
Who's name is Greg.
TOM: Perhaps your religion doesn't
Include a time called Lent,
But whatever your religion
Is, we support you one hundred percent.
MIKE: So sit around the fire
And have a chestnut roast,
Or raise a glass in toast
To "Happy Days" Donny Most.
TOM: But if you prefer to eat
Indian food on Christmas day
I can only shrug my shoulders
And say "Namaste"
[spoken] Namaste!
CROW: Personally I prefer,
Turkey, gravy and salad
But lets never forget
All cultures are valid.
MIKE: So let's have peace on earth
And cut out all the bull.
Let's have a holiday season
That's multi-cultural.
CROW: If there's one point
We'd like to make
With this festive holiday song (http://www.qklinkserver.com/lm/dir.asp?si=98&k=holiday%20song),
TOM: It's that Christmas comes just once a year
So for a few days
For crying out loud
ALL: Can't we all just get along?
MIKE: Hey that was actually pretty good.
TOM: That was great. It was lovely...
The best Christmas songs ever.

My tastes in Christmas Carols are fairly electic. First off, I'll freely admit to being a big fan of Hilary Duff's "Santa Claus Lane" Christmas Album--especially her version of Wonderful Christmas time and her two originals, What Christmas Should Be and Same Old Christmas.
I like the Pokemon Christmas Album, including the rockin' "Pokemon CHristmas Bash" and the utterly hilarious "Christmas Medley" And, Animaniacs' "Noel" is also quite hilarious and fun.
Hanson has a couple of good ones, including a superb version of "Run Rudolph Run" and a good "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" version.
And, Hampton the Hamster has a couple of amusing Chimpunk-esque Christmas covers, which I enjoy.
I love Mannheim Steamroller's Christmas versions, especially Rudolph, Joy to the World, Deck the Halls, and others. Trans-Siberian Orchestra has some awesome instrumentals too.
Bob River's brilliant Beatles' parody, "All You Need is Elves" is a classic.
There are others...Debbie Gibson's version of "Sleigh Ride," Eurythmic's "Winter Wonderland," Crazy Frog's "Jingle Bells," and even some EuroBeat Christmas thrown in there too.

Wait, No "First Noel"? No "Joy to the World"? No "O come, O come Emmanuel?" List needs work.
My favorite is Joy to the World, very unplifting.
On the list, "Silent Night", not the edited verison, only orginal.
