On 12/15, I viewed "The Legend Of Frosty The Snowman". My 1st impression
was: "What the HELL is THIS? It's set in the '50s, but the '50s depicted in this
spesh seem not so much American, but rather are CANADIAN!" This spesh is,
to me, slyly perpetrating a glimpse into 1950s Canadian living. I mean, there is
NO WAY IN HELL American kids/parents in the '50s did what the kids/parents in
"TLOFTS" do. Check out, if you will, the human characters' eyes. They're drawn
as caricatures of the Pinoy eye. Sara Simple and her mom are narratively meant
to be White, but physically appear either Pinay and/or N1.

For what this spesh is, it's (no pun intended) cool; but the crazy hazy early
1950s UPA short, the iconic 1969 spesh, and even 1976's "Frosty's Winter
Wonderland" and 1992's "Frosty Returns" beat the hell out of it,
hands down.

I don't really grasp your point...

As a somewhat-artistic, still-youthful Black man, all I have to say is... "huh"?
