Hey, I was just wondering...
You know how Ivy has that poisonous kiss? Can she turn it on and off? I was under the impression that she couldn't but while watching Holiday Knights yesterday, she kissed Bruce (or it's implied she did). Can she turn it on and off? I mean, if she met a guy she legitimatly liked (plants rights activist anyone?), could she kiss him without killing him?

I get the impression that she can turn it off and on--sometimes her kiss [or her touch] can kill, othertimes it makes that person a slave to her will, and other times it does nothing. Whatever the writer wants to do, Ivy can do.

Well, for "Holiday Knights," Ivy put on some sorta "special lipstick," which must have eliminated the poison for awhile.

--Ivy is immune to toxins...so she won't be affected by casually licking her lips while wearing the stuff.
Suppose Harley applied some, though, by mistake? Or is it specially formulated not to poison the wearer, just the victim?

She can control it. :) Its good to see a question like this amongst all of this Batman Beyond crap. Like in the cartoon people touched her and nothing happened. I think the toxins work as a defense. In an issue of Detective where they take the park from her :( a girl touches her, nothing happens. Later on as it looks grim for Ivy, same kid touches her and she gets poisoned. So Ivy can control it and uses it like any other meta uses their powers. :) Plus if you read Harley Quinn they made reference to her sleeping with boys. The first one that like comes to mind was the slumber party one where she talks about them not being able to perform. :D
