Detective Conan question?

During the 2nd and 3rd ending credits of Detective Conan/Case Closed there are mini-mysteries. Do these mysteries ever get actual episodes? Or were they just designed to be a part of the ed credit animation?

In the original Japanese version, they recapped scenes from the current episode within the ending theme. Up until episode 350.. they stopped doing that with the 19th ending theme "Nemuru Kimi no Yokogao ni Hohoemiwo".

Anything else in the ending though, is just animation, usually not related to any specific event that occurs in the series. (Or, in the case of some endings, flashbacks/recreations of events that already happened)
