Have you noticed how DC movies have gradually gotten worse as Marvel's are getting better, and Marvel's shows are getting worse as DC's are getting better?

you know what else...
Star Trek films that have an Odd Number stink, while the even numbered ones tend to be good. This will of course change with the release of ST:X, which if the plot resembles the one circulating around the net...will mae ST:VII look good...(ok no it won't...you can't get any worse than ST:VII)

Generations...YUK!
Many people dilike 5 (Final Frontier) over 7...but 7 had bad acting, plot, effects....and more plot holes than 5....

dc hasnt had any movies in a while since the batman series....and the last 2 were...not to good. but its good that marvel is getting some good movies in theaters. it warner brothers would stop being such idiots and butcher evey script that comes their way we might get some good dc movies.
while smallvile is good, are there ay marvel shows on tv right now?

WB doesn't butcher the scripts that come their way. THe scripts are already crap. And really, since 1989, we've only seen Batman. Have you READ the Batman & Robin script? Had Schumacher not cut about half of what was originally in it out, we might never see anothert Batmovie...

 Wait a minute, isn't 7 the one that kills of Kirk? And you think that one sucked?? That's my FAVORITE of the entire run of movies! I stood up and cheered with the rest of the audience when Kirk died! That was soooo much fun!

I loved Generations, but it's not my fav Trek film. My top three favs are First Contact, Star Trek Six, and then Generations. The only thing that cheapened Generations were the series of lame novels Shatner wrote to bring his character back. That was the bad move.

That's Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. Lot of other people thought it was the best; it did the best out of all the Trek movies at the box office.
Interesting fact: they had to change all occurrences of the word "humpback" in the Russian translation of the movie. The Russian word for "humpback" is "Gorbachev," the name of Russia's leader at the time. So, to avoid an international incident....
