Looking for an anime that was on AS awhile back

My boyfriend is looking for an anime (TV show, not movie) that was played on AS in the last year or so. He thinks the name begins with "H" but he's not positive. I've already been through both the CN and AS shows online with no luck.

The only thing he remembers is that it was about fighting demons, and the main guy could shoot fire from his finger (it's not FMA :)). I know this is very little to go on and lots of animes have these, but any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

Yu Yu Hakusho maybe? Hasn't been on AS for several years, but it fits the description of fighting demons and the main character does shoot something from his finger thats kinda fire-like (spiritual energy). These days the final run of episodes is being shown on CN at 5:30 in the morning on saturdays.
