What about...

"Californy 'Er Bust" and "How to Be a Detective" with Goofy. I have never seen these on television or on video.

There are a few other WWII cartoons like "Stop That Tank!" and "The Thifty Pig" which I doubt will be shown again.

Also, "Reason and Emotion" (there is no cartoon called "Reason For Death") shouldn't be on the list. This has broadcast on the Disney Channel. Of course, it was minus the half of the film dealing with WWII...

"How To Be A Detective" used to air on the Disney Channel. I guess they don't want kids to see Goofy on the bottom of the ocean with cement shoes...
