I'm curious- what gives Freeze his abnormal strengh: his condition or his suit?

His old suit in BTAS augmented his strength by three times. I think the TNBA put it up to 10.

Probably not by much more, since he had kept it "in cold storage", and was just a floating head since TNBA...

Well since the TNBA suit was basically a robot body which gave him the strength of about ten men and he did say that the suit from "Meltdown" had been in hidden away, I assume that he built it at some point before his operation. Then when he learned that he had to undergo that procedure to save his life he started designing a new suit, the one seen in "Cold Comfort." Of course this raises the question, if he already had his BB suit laying around, why didn't he adapt it to work as his robotic suit?

Maybe it would have required an entire 'gutting' of it for modification... *shrug*
