I want to get all of the "Bruce Wayne-Murderer?" and "Fugitive?" issues, but I'm not sure which titles they are besides the obvious core Bat titles. Does anyone have a list of them? I need a list because I order all of my comics over the internet. I'd really appreiciate the help.

Cool, thanks. So are all of the "Murderer?" titles coming out in January?

Oy, vey, that's a lot of money for those books! Are you gonna have any left over for any other comics that month?

Luckily, after February, they become less and less. But I still wish 'Tec and GK would participate EVERY month, instead of just January and February. I don't know what other months they'll be in, I'll do some checking and figure that out unless anyone else knows.

Ha ha, I can never get enough of Batman!

But money isn't that much of an issue for me since I get all of my comics for 20% off, no tax, and no shipping costs. cccomics.com if you were wondering. I've been ordering from them for almost a year now. Great service.

Nice little ad there :) I would use that, but I get my comics the day they come in at the local comic shop, 10% off, no tax (Oregon RULES!)

Check out Toon Zone's very own DC Comics Solicitations (http://www.toonzone.net/comics/solicitations/) page for all the info you'd ever need on upcoming issues.

I've been using Westfield (www.westfieldcompany.com) for over ten years now and have no complaints. I often save more than 20% with them, and by the time I earn more discounts for my purchases, shipping might as well be free (they charge me a flat $4.00 for shipping, even if I choose two shipments a month.) And Westfield often has exclusive titles, special editions with exclusive covers, and give a ways when you buy certain titles.

thats alot of books, jeez. and whats the deal, theres two story lines, first murderer, then fugitive. i actually am tired of crossovers, and this better be one hell of a story if they expect me to shell out money for crap like robin and birds of prey.

but i thought that the 10c adventure was part of the whole "self-contained" wave that dc is supposibly doing. is it, cause if its a prelude to this big event, its not that self contained. peace.

Yeah, see, first Murderer? come along. It's about Bruce Wayne basically trying to prove his innocence. Then Fugitive comes, and that's about him running from the law, and being a fugitive and all that.

I can almost guaruntee that this will be one hell of a crossover. Some of the best thought it up: Greg Rucka, Devin Grayson, Ed Brubaker. And they're also the ones sorta managing it all, making sure it keeps with the story and the characters stay in character.

10-Cent Adventure is another way to attract more readers. It'll have everything you gotta know about Batman to pick up the current comics, and then lead into Murderer? as a way to try to bring fans back to the comic book shop. I like the idea, so I ordered 30 copies and am gonna pass 'em out to my friends.

Rucka, Grayson, and Brubaker are the ring masters here. Apparently they have been dropping hints to this cross over for the past few months. In the latest issue of Batman: Gotham Knights you can see how messed up Batman is becoming and how he is completely not acting like himself. The crososver will end in Batman #605, but it won't cross over into every title until then. Once the initial "Murder" arc ends, which will go over all the titles except for (of course) Azrael, the "Fugitive" crossover will be in the three main Batman titles and 1 satellite book until the conclusion.

That makes sense, but GK and 'Tec aren't even part of it in March. Strange...I'll do some checking.

SPOILERS FOR PAST FEW ISSUES OF DETECTIVE AND BATMAN!

The hints also showed up in 'Tec and BATMAN. In the November issue of 'Tec, Bruce and Batman both act pretty strangely, especially toward Sasha and regarding Vesper. Sasha voices this in the December issue, when she says "I'll alert the blood bank." And throughout that issue she comments on Batman's strange behavior.

And over in BATMAN, Bruce has just all-around been on the edge.

END SPOILER!

So you can definitely see that the three writers have been putting a lotta time in this, and showing that it really will seem like Bruce killed someone.

Hehe, all those books are already on my monthly pull list, so I worry not about missing an issue.

I think, regardless off the sheer kength, that the storyline will be good. Great creative teams all around.

Oh, please, anything's better than Last Laugh. It is impossible for a crossover to go any lower. :D

Anything will be better than Joker: Last Laugh. I think this crossover will be taken very seriously and be handled really well. We have three great creative teams on this series, as well as the occasional spin off title creative team, so this is no doubt gonne be awesome!

Okay, I did some checking, but I promised I would reveal any of it. All I'm gonna say is to watch out for DETECTIVE COMICS #775, which I believe is October's issue. It'll be a biggie.

I have just read it!

I'm going to try to give a non-spoiler review:

It starts out with a retelling of the Batman mythos, as told by Sasha. She and Batman suit up for a night of work. First they vist Vesper's house, Bruce seems like a stalker, Sasha wants to ask him why he broke up with her, but she's interupted by a bomb at a bank. And beguns a night of work, for Batman and Sasha. A fire at a club, a tiger out of a cage, and the Russian Mob. Batman goes to save a jumper on a bridge, he leaves Sasha to deal with a mugging. She meets him back at the Cave, he's preoccupied by the news of the club fire. Then they go up stairs and find the body. The police arrive quicky on the scene and arrest him.

I Hope that does spoil too much!
One things for sure about this book Bruce Wayne's night work will be put on hold.
BTW- I think Sasha needs some sort of mask name, like Batwoman,or something. :dot:
