My favorites are:

The unveling of Joker in Grissom's office, as he pulls his hat off and we see his face for the first time.

The shot of Bruce amidst the bats in the cave in Batman Begins.

The final shot in Batman ('89).

The end of Batman and Robin, where I finally saw the credits roll and knew I survived, gave me far more satisfaction than the greatest, most awesomest shot in any Batman film.

And there were many awesome shots.
