Anyone? I think Batman and Superman are probably both 34 years of age.

I considered Bruce to be about 35 during TNBA based on the events in "Robin's Reckoning".
In "RR", Robin and Batman are having a somewhat heated discussion. I'm going from memory, so I might be slightly off.
Batman : There are times when I have to do things alone.
Robin : Yeah, well that might've worked on me when I was in sixth grade, but in case you haven't noticed, I'm not a kid anymore.
I think the average age of a kid in sixth grade is 12. A person who goes to college for four years right after high school would be about 22. That's 10 years. If Bruce was 25 during that time, that would make him 35 by TNBA, when Dick graduated from college.
As for JL, that's where things get very confusing. No one can be sure, since the events that occured on Mars with those two astronauts aren't really placed at any specific time. Did it happen before Legacy? After Legacy? How many years passed between Legacy and the Mars mission? Did they happen around the same time?
As you can see, it really is too much to think about. Linking all the shows would probably make Batman 38 or 39, and he certainly doesn't look that old. Superman is a different story... ;)

Wonder Woman is definitely ageless, since she was made out of clay.

Superman - 36
Batman - 37
Wonder Woman - ageless
Hawkgirl - 30
J'onn - 300?
Green Lantern - 39
Flash - 25
Hawkgirl was a detective on Thanagar, so if ranks up there are like on Earth, she'd have to have some solid experience. I don't think Flash would be fresh out of college. J'onn has to be at least a couple centuries old!

Superman - 45
Batman - 42
Hawkgirl - early to mid 20's?
J'onn - hundreds
Greem Lantern - 38
Flash - 25 to 30.
About Supes and Bats being so old; Superman was in operation before Batman, whom started fighting crime as Batman at 25. Clark disappeared at 18, studying for ten years at the fortress of solitude; emerging as Superman at 28-30. So, he's three or so years older than Bruce.
I think Dick was at least 25 in TNBA. I think bruce was in his mid 30's in BTAS. By the end of TNBA he's be almost 40.

Like everyone else I'm just guessing.
However, I disagree that Superman is in his 40's. Batman yes, Superman no.
Look at it this way. In the animated universe Batman came first. The flashback sequences of MotP put him as just finishing studying abroad and having just graduating (or just about to graduate) from GU. So I'd say that he's around 22-23 at that point. Shortly after becoming Batman, Dick comes under his care. Going off Dick being about 12 when he and Bruce start working together and that Dick is at some midpoint in his education at GU for most of BTAS (I'm guessing that Dick is about 21 at this point) so Bruce is about 31-32 years old during BTAS. Knowing that a few years do pass between BTAS and TNBA (and assuming that the flashback sequence from "Old Wounds" takes place shortly after BTAS ends) I would guess that Bruce is about 35-36 during TNBA.
"Last Son of Krypton" places Superman's arrival in Metropolis at the beginning of his career. Assuming that Lois and Superman are about the same age we know from "Monkey Fun" that Lois was about 10-12 when Titano was launched into space. We also know that Superman finds the capsule containing Titano about 20 years after it's launch. This puts Lois around the age of 30-32 when "Monkey Fun" takes place. Now assuming that STAS covers a period of about 3 years and "Monkey Fun" takes place somewhere in the middle I would say Lois is about 29 when STAS starts. Again assuming that Supes and Lois are about the same age this puts Superman right at about 29 as well. So by the time "Legacy" comes into play Superman is about 32 years old.
Now we know there is about a two year gap between the mission on Mars from "Secret Origins" to when the rest of the episode starts. And we also know that there is a unknown gap between "Legacy" and the mission to Mars. So I'm going to say that that gap is about 2 years (well, Supes has to take some time to regain the trust of the people).
So given a 4 year gap between when "Legacy" ends and when the JL is formed I'd say that Bruce is about 39 - 40 years old and Clark is about 36 years old.
GL. Well we don't know when he started out, and we don't know how old he is, but I'd guess his about the same age as Superman. So I'd place him around 35 - 36.
J'onn. Well we know he guarded the Invaders prison for at least 500 years and knowing almost nothing else about his life... >500 years.
WW. Unknown. While I'm not sure if they're going with her having been made out of clay, there's just no information available. But physically she looks like she's in her mid-twenties.
Flash. Well since it is Wally, I'm going to assume two things. First, he's about as old as DG. And second, "Speed Demons" took place near the beginning of he's career (and about halfway through STAS). So if he's about 24 during "SD" add about a year for the rest of STAS and about 4 for the gap, I'd say that Flash is about 29.
Hawkgirl. Another unknown. But since she does have some experience I'd place her at her early 30's.
So -
Batman: 39 - 40.
Superman: about 36.
GL: 35-36
WW: Unknown, physically in her mid-twenties.
HG: early 30's
Flash: 29
J'onn: 1000+

J'onn mentioned while telling his story in "Secret Origins" that when Mars was at its pinnacle of living, it was more than 1000 years ago. So if he was around at that time, that would put him in that age range.

woah, WW is ageless? Made out of clay?? Interesting... never knew clay could be so hot.. I think J'onn is more than 500 because i think he said he guarded Mars for over 500 years.
