I've searched the forum and even tried emailing Cartoon Network and didn't get a response. Does anyone know if there are plans for some Dexter's Lab DVDs? I'd buy them all.
I did find that CN gave away 15 sets of Dexter DVDs in 1999. Did anyone here win a set? I'd love to buy them, been scouring Ebay for the last month with no luck.
Thanks

I think that is a horrible tease to Dexter fans to put out a DVD for a contest and to go this long without releasing it for commercial availability. And as far as the ones that were given away, would you see YOURS on Ebay? I think not. I have an extremely rare coin that you will like wise probably never see on Ebay. It seems the rarer something is, the less likely you will find a person willing to part with it that will put it up on Ebay.
However, if a Dexter DVD set did get put out on ebay, you can bet that the bidding would go for an outrageous price.

Yeah, 'cause I'd keep bidding to get it! :D
I think that Dexter DVDs are going to be released...eventually. We finally have a new season going on, and Dexter is still a relatively young show with just a few seasons under its belt. I say a year to a year and a half until Dexter DVDs become feasible, because by then C-Network may try to breath some more life into it again...besides, it'd also have more eppys under its belt to have a bigger DVD.

For an edition size of only 15, it'll be considerable indeed. I recall PPG skateboards ... edition size of 100, having gone for over $400.
Dexter stuff has gone for some serious money before. Some employee-specific t-shirts have gone for $65.
-- Kane ... not that I was one who paid that. No, the most I paid was $35. :p

Those DVDs (contest winners) came out a long time ago. I wonder what the menus looked like? I'm just wondering. I hope stupid kids who "sort of" liked the show didn't win... there are serious fans out there who would like those DVDs more than anything else, including me.

Awww!
But I'm sure there's other people out there, who would like *you* more than any ol' DVD.
Good Ol' Batmanuel!

With DVD-R technology, is it feasible that there would be copies of them on Ebay? I don't know much about the technology yet.
