Again they've gone retro with the look (sort of a cross between Troughton's cybermen and the Metropolis robot). Personally I'm still favoring the ones from Earthshock.

Some how the belly plate almost reminds me of Eva, but that is a pretty cool looking cyberman. Definitely looks like he means business.

He looks like some of Lee Sullivans more recent illustrative depictions. Not quite as menacing as I hoped, but far better than the 80's version of the Cybermen.

"Iron Man!" seems to be the general reaction across the web (I know it was mine). Apparently one of the designers works on the Iron Man comics so that's likely why they're so similar.
