I remember seeing action figures and some board game figures for Shaman King at last years' Comic-con. Their were these cool deluxe figures of Hao's Spirit of Fire and one of the X-laws Angels, along with some miniature figures(dungeon dice monster-ish). Were they ever released in stores?
I remember seeing the basic line (Yoh, Ren, Horohoro, Ryu, Anna, Manta, and their spirits), but they got banished to the Clearence shelves in about 3 months.
US toys? There were some... Yoh, Rio, Len, and Trey... plus taller Amidamaru, Bason, and Lee Pai Long figures.
Didn't last one series.

According to the packaging...
Regular size figure assortment: Yoh, HoroHoro, Ren, Ryu, Hao and Yoh in his battle suit. I never saw the last two, but am holding off buying regular Yoh off ebay (I have the others) because I'd much prefer the battle suit figure.
Large Spirit Figures: Amidaru, Pailong, Tokageroh and Bason. All of them besides Pailong have transparent feet.
Chibi spirit figures: Amidaru, KoroKoro, Bason, Tokageroh, Eliza and Pailong. I got Tokageroh and Pailong from this line over the summer at Toys R Us in NYC over the summer, wiping out their SK supply. (Meaning, check any Toys R Us you run across. I got lucky with Mattel's Jonouchi figure and these chibis at a TRU some time after their release. You never know.... I'm not sure all of these chibis hit stores, but more on that later.
In terms of finding these toys...
LA: Puzzle Zoo is a toy chain that gets lots of discontinued lines, including Shaman King. The one in Santa Monica still has a couple Ryu's. Anime Gamers across from Westside Pavilion still gets SK shipments from time to time.
NYC: Seeing as how I cleared the city's TRU out of their last SK toys, the only other source I found was clearance stores. (they tend to be around Madison Square Garden and the Manhattan Mall) There was one in particular that was filled with Ultimate Muscle figures and Bason's.
Also, Mattel seems to have had distribution difficulties over the past 3 years or so, to the point where I spent a year looking for the Dark Magican Girl figure and she shows up in Versailles' Monoprix.
