Ben, just review Texhnolyze already. Atleast it's cool looking and dramatic rather than awkward looking and melodramatic. Unless it didn't come with you to Korea.

It did in fact. But Chris has me working through Paranoia Agent first. Then Beautiful Girl Mari. Then Texhnolyze.

I watched a couple episodes of Human Crossing. It was ok, but nothing special really. As far as series of this type go, I prefer Rumiko Takahashi Anthology.

Human Crossing sounds like a good idea: an anthology of adult-oriented dramas, each exposing the difficulties of a different set of social relationships. This is the type of show I really want to see (except, ya know, good). Can anyone recommend a series that pulls it off? Is this Texhnolyze such a show?

Wow. Is this, like, endurance training or something?

NO. God no.

Seriously, I would really like to see a show like this too (except, exactly, good). I haven't seen Rumiko Takahashi Anthology (http://news.toonzone.net/article.php?ID=5582) but Desslar seemed to like it.

Yeah, Texhnolyze is more of a mind screw express with about as little dialogue as possible with tons of allusions to various philosophical concepts and the use of the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright to comment as symbolism for the result of a hyper-distilled, ultra-cleansed society.

Basically, it makes Lain look straight forward and direct.

However, I know Ben has the show and made mention about going to review it a while back, and since I know that relative to Human Crossing he enjoyed Texhnolyze (though I'm not sure if anyone really "enjoys" Texhnolyze,) I decided to razz him about reviewing it already.

In other words the suggestion was actually a playful jab between friends. :D
