First time posting, but I've just spent 3 hours searching online for this information... :)

There's a classic WB Cartoon with a whole slew of people making a skyscraper to classical music. It begins, I think, with 'Chopsticks', but apparently goes through a few other classical pieces all put together and segued nicely.

What is the name of the cartoon, and what are the names of the classical pieces? (And is there ANYWHERE to get them done in that specific way?)

Thanks in advance!

I believe the cartoon you're reerring to is Friz Freleng's RHAPSODY IN RIVETS, but the only classical piece he used was Liszt's 2nd Hungarian Rhapsody.

There are a great many cartoons that use classical music. A few CD's you might try checking out are :

BUGS BUNNY ON BROADWAY - focuses on classically themed LT cartoons.

THE CARL STALLING PROJECT, Volumes 1 & 2 - Excerpts from many of Stallings scores.

THAT'S ALL FOLKS! - probably not what you're looking for, this focuses on vocals rather than instrumentals

Hope this helps....:)
