Well, since I saw there was no talkback for the Japanese run of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters GX, I decided to make one myself. Here we review the Japanese episodes and what we think of them.

For Episode 56 Sho vs. Insect Girl! Insect Princess I thought it was a nice episode as Sho went through some character development and realized he could become stronger by moving on. And he was promoted to Ra Yellow when he won the duel against the Insect Girl. Though I wonder why he and Tyranno Kenzan are in the Osiris cafeteria at the end of the episode? And why Tyranno Kenzan suddenly joined Judai's happy dueling entourage after dueling Judai in the previous episode? And where his gang went?:confused:
But anyway I liked that episode. Next up, Ed Phoenix vs. Ryo Marufuji aka The Kaiser! I wonder what secret that guy is hiding? It's pretty obvious that something is suspicous around him with that cloaked guy and his fortune telling-ish cards appearing in the former's premiere episode.
