Sh’iar Image Question!

Does anyone have a pic of the animated Sh’iar magistrate that accompanies Lilandra? I believe he has the same hair as her, but he wears feathers around his neck.

I knew he looked familiar, the name alone explains it, that's a clean shaven Saddam after he was tarred & feathered!:D
