"Legends" Racial Sterotyping

If the Blackhawks are featured in "Legends", then how will they deal with Chop-Chop? They changed his name to Chopper in the comics to avoid racial stereotypes. And which version and/or lineup will be used?

in the latest blackhawk series that i know of the chop chop character you mention was a comic book character in THAT comic and the real chan was deeply offended by him

They may not even use him since none of these charatcers will be officially used, just spoofs (essentially) of them. I don't think the crew will through in bad racial remarks and jabs. That'd just be...no right.
