Good day to you fellow heroes. I suppose you're all wondering why I called this League meeting of the super heroes. Well it was to do two things. First, to use a dumb joke on how we're all members of JL, and two: a new Fresh Question! The time for our favorite DC and JL villains to stretch the legs of their new updated JL2001 series designs and personalities is getting closer. So with that on it's way:

Which villain do you want to headline the evil team's train of thought more often? Lex, our beloved leader? Joker, for all those hardcore Batman fans who want his universe to dominate? :) Or maybe someone we haven't gotten to see until now....?

Well, Joker, of course! Duh :p

I'd say the Joker.

wow the Clown Prince of Crime is a good villian in ANY series

Lex's problem is that he wasnt a "hands on" villian in STAS

for a leader id want Lex-- plans schemes technology etc

for a wild ride the J man

I like Luthor as the leader, planner of the of the villains group. I also like Joker as the wildcard member. I also want to see new villains(like Grundy and Shade) as well. Anyone got a pic of the Solomon Grundy model sheet? I've seen everyone else except him and Grodd.

Definately Luthor...would "sane" people (considering that these are people who willingly wear spandex, ) really follow an unpredictable oddball like Joker?

I kind of hope that, in contrast to the Justice League's steady seven members, the Injustice Gang/Secret Society team will change slightly every time it makes an appearance. One appearance has the team at eight members, another at twelve, etc. It would always be Luthor's team, but he'd tailor it to suit his needs [for the episode].

I kind of hope that, at some point, he recreates the Legion of Doom (minus Giganta, of course). All we'd need is for Timm to add Captain Cold and Black Manta!

Although I don't want her turning out to be simply a carbon copy of Catwoman, I think the Cheetah has a lot of potential. I was disappointed by her more animal-like appearance, but this was probably done simply to differenciate her from Selina.

I guess what I am ultimately hoping for is a JL spinn-off Wonder Woman series that is taken seriously. But, as Timm himself said, the episode will be more "goofy", and such villains are only included to pay tribute to the characters of the past. Chances are, she won't even make an impression...

LOL!!! :p I have to agree.. but folks are forgetting a couple things

First.. Joker is not really a leader, he simply attracts retards and losers too stupid to know any better. He cares nothing for them, and basicly uses them as throw away resources. Even [sigh.. :o ] Harleyquinn.

Second.. the Injustice Gang's Roster is going to HAVE to change almost constantly. Why you ask? Well.. as members get busted for screwing up their latest and greatest sceme for personal power & gain and get their keisters thrown in the can there are going to have to be temps & replacements. Some villians, much like heroes, just don't work together very well... or just end up getting on each others nerves ;)

--Lex and Joker constantly fighting for power. Obviously Lex has the monetary resources and business power at his fingertips, and Joker is just a poor thug with a gimmick...but he's Josef Stalin meets Charlie Manson, which gives him an edge in case Luthor is imprisoned/incapacitated, and makes him just a heartbeat away. Besides, if Joker took over your organization and said, "follow me or die", would you go againt the sick schmuck?

Keep in mind: the Joker does just fine lording over normal gangsters and the other members of Batman's rogues gallery, but he'll have to watch himself this time if he wants to live through the experience. I mean, I know he's the Joker and that he's a rough customer, but against the other members of the Injustice Gang he'd just become a little purple and green smear on the wall.

Besides, Luthor will be watching him like a hawk (if he's not already planning his death following the humiliation he suffered in World's Finest). Why do you suppose he's not in the reported roster for the Secret Society?

How can you not be interested in Solomon Grundy? You know he'll be cool with Mark Hamil doing his voice.

Luthor would be the best choice for logical reasons. If you're looking for a wildcard, why not Grundy???

I would expect Poison Ivy and Solomon Grundy to get along fabulously! They have so much in common--she loves plants, he's a swamp beast...
