Justice League DVD Release Date

I just received word that the Justice League DVD, simply titled Justice League, will be released April 23rd, 2002.

Will the Justice League DVD be fullscreen, "letterbox," or both?

As far as I know, it'll be both - but I'll let you know if there is any changes. I think it'll be another one of WB's infamous "flip" DVDs like Mask of the Phantasm.

That would be a good way for fans of both the full frame and widescreen versions to be happy. I really don't mind which version gets on their. I just want to enjoy the movie in digital format.

It'll be a great addition to any dvd collection. I can't wai tot hear how this episode osunds in dolby surround sound. It's gonna sound great...

Oh God same here!!! It's so exciting. I think I might be holding off on the rest of the season, since I'm taping them all in high quality so my obsessed arse doesn't miss an ep (:p) but SECRET ORIGINS is a DEFINITE MUST! I can't wait to see what they'll add. That flip over widescreen feature, for example, would sure be great. :)

The one thing that is great about the BB: ROTJ DVD is the amazing sound. The scene on the rooftop with Batma and Batgirl is amazing. The rain sounds like it's falling around you. I can already imagine the great sound on this disc. The action sequences are going to sound amazing.
