When I turn my phone on I get a message saying "Note: External Power!". It seems my phone doesn't make any sound, The keys are mute, when people call it doesn't ring or vibrate, If I pick up the call, I don't hear anything. I can send text messages and recieve them and that's about it. Any help?

It's a Virgin Mobile CDM 8500. I brought it in the bathroom today, while I took a shower, the humidity could've messed it up.

You have the prepayed plan right/ Your provider is Virgun moble U.S. am i correct? I beliave its not something you can solve in your phone options. it might be broken. Try contacting your provider and see if you can get a new phone, or maybe this one is still under waranty.

I'm having a cell phone problem too...

Whenever I'll try to send a PIX message it says "Network Authentication Failed!" ...what does that mean?

Whenever I'll try to send a PIX message it says "Network Authentication Failed!" ...what does that mean? That means that you either don't have that option enabled by your provider (it usualy costs extra) or your options for SMS/MMS are not configured correctly.
