That's right, pick from any of the hundreds of x-people... My choice? Psylocke.

She could be a 20-30 year old british woman in an 18 year old Japanese body... woo woo!

who would I add...who would I add...

aside from Spidey..cause he'd be cool & all, but unlike Batman, he's not a team player, and unlike the x-men, he's not a mutant....

I think I'd like to see Colosus...I always liked him, and I think it'd be need to see his relationship w/Kitty...

oh, on the "bad guy" side, I'd like to see Quicksilver's Sister, Wanda aka the Scarlet Witch.
That would make for a great ep, him getting the 1-2 punch, finding out Magneto's his dad, and he has a sister...BAM!

I'd like to see maybe Nightcrawler in there. Sure they'd probably ruin the charatcer by ditching all his religious beliefs, but it would be interesting to see him animated by Film Roman, who are doing a great job on the XME...if only the writing was as good...

uh... Nightcrawler is already on X-Men: Evolution... He's Kurt Wagner... :p

Oops. I can't believe I forgot that. For some reason that totally slipped my mind. Wow...how embarrassing. Anyways - another character I'd like to see is Wolverine...oops....I mean Cyclops...No wait! I mean Jean Grey....no wait - Prof. X!

Joking aside, I think that Gambit could fit in well if done right. He's basically a cliched character all the way through so he should fit in at XME pretty easily.

Put me down for Gambit (though Scarlet Witch would be really cool, too. Give Quickie some character development, already!)

But Gambit would be my choice. It'd be cool to see him in the Brotherhood, but that'd be too many "strong" personalities (Lance, Pietro and Remy? Hoo boy) in one house.

Yup, Gambit. And keep his thing for Rogue in the show too :)

Gambit is probably the easiest character to translate into XME form...

With all the new "recruits", I'm focusing more on villians..

First, I'd like to see more Wolverine developement(hands down the best character on the show). At first I thought the show would be "Wolverine & the teen X-Men". But then it was about the actual X-Men, & Wolverine just happened to be there....then, Logan became the only character with any real interest in..and he gets hardly no air time! SHEESH!
Anyway, so I'm thinking it'd be really cool if Omega Red made an appearance...

Yup, all that simply lead up to "Omega Red...uh huh". ahahaha!

I think it'd be cool if they had a mini-series with Apocalypse? He's immortal(practically..), and with the whole "teenagers trying to cope with their mutations", and Apocalypse's "Mutant Cure"(Which actually turned them into mindless Zombies...right?)...I think that'de make an all around great story. Or would that pick up to much from the original series & comics?

We'll be getting a Wolverine themed episode, thankfully, in January called Operation: Rebirth. The X-Teens will be featured, but only a few of them and they won't be the focus - thankfully.

Ditto! Remember that awesome X-Men: TAS episode with Wolverine and Captain America in WW2? I know the XME episode won't be that good, but it should be an episode better than usual.

I think it'd be cool to see Cable come back as an adult, and see his parents as teenagers. It could be a meaningful ep, or a humorous one, or both.

I'm still stuck on Gambit being in the sequel, but I'd also love to see Archangel. Fat chance, I know.

Uhm...he was just on the show. Had an entire episode about him to...probably the best episode this season.....but, he's on the show(I dunno if he's perminent..probably not, but at least he is on the show)

I like the Psylocke idea and if we had Psylocke there may be a small, weeny chance we'd get to see her bro.... Captain Britain - The Best Worst Super hero.

I'd love to see an animated version of him....

Yet, somehow I can't see them doing that........ :(

--on Scarlet Witch. That'd be the perfect opportunity to develop Magneto's character more, maybe mention their mother Magda (either actually have her appear, or simply show her grave, or a photo).
Now my query is, the twins would have to be born in 1984 or '85 to be teens in present, modern continuity. So if they do such a story, will Charles and Magnus meet and serve together in a later war, like Korea or 'Nam, so it won't look as if they're eighty-year-old men? And will Logan and Cap's story be set in WWII, or will it also have to be pushed up 20 or so years?

I'd go with Gambit, he was my favorite character from the old X-Men cartoon. He's just a unintentionally funny character to watch.

you know, i'm beginning to think they're going to have the old X-men blue and gold teams...

the core kids hang out together... while Jubilee and bobby and the other mainly have their own clique... x-men blue and gold...

That would make sense. Having two teams can help them handle different missions. It would be interesting to see an episode where the two teams have to handle a threat at the same time.

Psylocke and Angel of course. And I know Angel was in the X-mas (pun intended) episode, but he needs a role like Cyclops or Wolverine have., and that would be recurring

Ooops, I forgot to mention Spider-Man and some other heroes/villains outside the X-Men Universe (but of course inside the Marvel Universe) should guest star sometimes.

Yeah, but LightAngel also mentioned Sequel...which to me sounds like we're talking movie, instead of cartoon...

LightAngel probably meant sequel, as in second animated series since the Fox one. Cuz if you read the content of the thread, most posters are probably unaware this discussion is about the movie ;)

I'm pretty sure this is about the cartoon series X-Men Evolution, not the movie. Can anybody back me up on this?

Hmm......maybe I should have put the <sarcasm> tags around my last post in case anyone didn't pick up my oh-so-sophisticated humor (Although they do say sarcasm is the least intelligent form of humor) :)
