Shouldn't Boomerang be running the longer cuts of Flintstones & The Jetsons instead of the 22 minute syndicated cuts? Or is this their way to get us to buy the boxsets?

The Jetsons only have 13 eps, as for the Flintstones I really don't know. My guess would be that they may not have the rights to all of the shows. Also they may be showing only the popular ones.

13? You mean they are only rotating 13 Jetson episodes out of the 24? It seems to me they have been running all 6 years of the Flintstones in order. all 166 going through the rotation.
Just another reason to get the DVDs.

The original topic was about episode length and not episode number. I had Boomerang up until a month ago and they used to show the full-length eps. This may be a new practice they've started since. Also they were running through all six seasons of the Flintstones and 24 eps. of the Jetsons. They have also done the 80s Jetsons and all of the Flintstones spin-offs at one time or another.

I don't know why they'd cut them down: They don't really air commericials anyway.
