As in, age-wise, or according to who signed up here first?

Sadly, there's no vBulletin option to sort members by age. So trying to find the oldest member would require combing through hundreds of pages of user names. I'm not up to the task.

True...but if there's anyone in their 30's or above, they're already "ancient" compared to the rest of us; I'm 26, myself, and I'm older than the majority of ya'll. :p

Let's weed out all the ToonKids!I didn't think you were supposed to sign up until you were 13. (Although someone in the SD Gundam thread slipped and said they were 12 :p )

edit: and he was banned

I'm 30, and have been on Toonzone since it was just the "Warner Bros. Club" (devoted to the Kids WB cartoon shows of the time---Animaniacs, Tiny Toons, TNBSA, etc.). So guess I'm "old" in both length of time here and age, esp. when I see tons of teenagers who think the Power Rangers was the greatest thing ever (a show I made fun of as a teenager)/don't recall anything from before the mid-90's... ;-)

Though there's people older than me of course---like the above few posters, and Sharklady (who posts mosty on the general animation forum sporadically these days)...

I'm 30, so that probably make me older than a large number of people here...but I'm sure I'm not the oldest. :anime:

edit: and he was banned :sad:Personally, if they can reform by the age of thirteen, I don't think they should have to go... it's sad they have to let it slip, as if they have no self-control or knowledge of the rules; as if they want to be banned. Some of our 'teens may just well have better typing skills and sediments than our "middle-aged" members.

PS: I'm immortal. The reason my age isn't listed is because I forgot when I was born. Centuries, and age is still nothing but a number.

let's go

I think this thread (http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?t=140777) answers the question.

Though I sometimes for a moment confuse Randomguy with you, oddly because of his Ike avatar, go figure.

I occasionally like to tease precable viewers, but I like having someone around that may have actually watched the original cartoons, the PinkPanther, BugsBunny before it was censored and even the black and whites form the 40's, Simba, and GayPurrie (animated movie).

Yes, I am a pre-cable viewer, and still don't have it..I miss Adult Swim and many others...It is ok...But, you are correct, I did originally watch the cartoons uncensored in theaters, most neigborhoods had them.....
...One screen, played double features with a cartoon , newsreal, and a what was called a "short" sometimes "Three Stooges"
...But the thing I remember most, was that my local theater, called the "Shore Theater" it was near the lake shore in Chicago, had some kind of workig agreement with Warners Bros.
....It wasn't owned by one of the Warner Brothers but there was an agreement of somekind to play certain movies..
...In the mid 50s when they were losing out to TV, they had Hoiday specials...for 25 cents, you would go to the show, get in, buy candy, for a five cents, (I would buy two small boxes cause my mom gave me a dime for that) and then you would watch 25 cartoons in a row, on a big screen, no interuptions, or commercials,,,
...,Most were Warners..I remember actually seeing in the theater, Fast and Furious, the first Road Runner, at one of these holiday specials...3 hours and about 15 minutes of cartoons straight, on a large screen....These specials were one of my fun times growing up....and quite frankly, it is one of the reasons I found ToonZone in the first place and am still here....Stuart

 WoW,,, I knew there was a cartoon shown with a movie, but this is the first time I've heard this. I never though of there being a first RoadRunner,,, it was just always there for me

I'm 23 by standard Earth Years. As 23 year olds, we know that no one is older than us. And we can deride those that are a mere 21 years of age, and say such things as "When I was a kid..." with no sense of irony whatsoever. Because the truth is that older people (people older than me) don't exist. Nothing ever happened before me.
