LEAD KIDS' WB! TO VICTORY BY SCORING #1 FINISHES FOR THE MORNING AMONG ALL SATURDAY COMPETITION IN KIDS 6-11, BOYS 2-11 AND BOYS 6-11

KIDS' WB! DOMINATES AS #1 NETWORK, TOPPING ALL BROADCAST AND CABLE COMPEITION, AMONG BOYS 6-11 AND AS #1 BROADCAST NETWORK AMONG KIDS 2-11, KIDS 6-11, BOYS 2-11, GIRLS 2-11 AND GIRLS 6-11 WITH STRONG RATINGS INCREASES</b></center>

BURBANK, CA (December 20, 2001) -- On Saturday, December 15, Pokémon: Johto League Champions, at 10:00 a.m. ET, and Jackie Chan Adventures, at 9:00 a.m. ET, led the network to a dominant finish as both programs tied for the #1 spot among all Saturday morning competition in Boys 2-11 (6.0/22 and 6.0/24), as well as tying Nickelodeon's "SpongeBob SquarePants" (6.0/22).

Pokémon: Johto League Champions ranked as the #1 broadcast and cable program for the morning in Kids 6-11 (6.3/23), achieving a 26% ratings increase and a 21% share increase over last week's time period. Jackie Chan Adventures finished the morning as the #1 program in Boys 6-11 (8.0/30) with season highs, posting 43% ratings and share increases week-to-week. In Kids 6-11, Jackie Chan Adventures took the #2 program spot with a 5.7 rating (+43%) and 23 share (+53%) with outstanding gains over last week's time period and delivering an all-new series high record. Pokémon: Johto League Champions ranked as the #2 program among Boys 6-11 (7.2/25).

Kids' WB! topped all Saturday morning competition to rank #1 in Boys 6-11 (5.8/23), achieving a 4% ratings increase and 15% share increase over the parallel week last year. The network continued to lead the broadcast competition to rank as the #1 network for the morning among Kids 2-11 (3.5/15), Kids 6-11 (4.4/19), Boys 2-11 (4.6/19), Girls 2-11 (2.4/11) and Girls 6-11 (3.0/13). Kids' WB!'s domination stems from the strong ratings/share gains in all demos over the parallel week last year in Kids 2-11 (+9%/15%), Kids 6-11 (+5%/12%), Boys 2-11 (+5%/12%), Girls 2-11 (+20%/22%) and Girls 6-11 (+15%/8%), while close competitor Nickelodeon saw significant decreases over last year's numbers.

<li>The high-adventure series X-Men: Evolution, at 10:30 a.m. ET, finished the morning as one of the top 6 programs among all competition in Kids 2-11 (4.8/18), Kids 6-11 (5.4/19), Boys 2-11 (5.7/21), Boys 6-11 (6.2/21), Girls 2-11 (3.8/14) and Girls 6-11 (4.6/16). The teenage mutant series posted a new all-time series high in Kids 2-11 and season high in Kids 6-11.

<li>In its 9:30 a.m. ET time period, The Mummy dominated all competition to rank #1 in Kids 6-11 (5.1/19) -- posting an all-season high, Boys 2-11 (5.5/20) and Boys 6-11 (7.0/24), and #1 among the time period broadcast competition in Kids 2-11 (4.1/15). The breakout hit ranked as the #3 program for the morning in Boys 6-11 and finished among the top 10 broadcast and cable programs in Kids 2-11, Kids 6-11 and Boys 2-11.

<li>The Nightmare Room, at 11:00 a.m. ET, scared up a #1 win among its time period broadcast competition in Kids 2-11 (3.2/12), Kids 6-11 (3.8/14), Boys 2-11 (4.1/16), Boys 6-11 (4.8/18) and Girls 2-11 (2.2/9).

<li>At 11:30 a.m. ET, the animé-adventure Yu-Gi-Oh! defeated its time period competition, including cable, to rank #1 in Boys 6-11 (4.5/19), and ranked #1 among its time period broadcast competition in Kids 2-11 (2.4/10), Kids 6-11 (3.3/14) and Boys 2-11 (3.3/14).

<li>The futuristic robot series Cubix, in its 8:30 a.m. ET time period, ranked #1 among all competition in Boys 2-11 (4.0/20) and Boys 6-11 (5.1/24), and among the broadcast competition in Kids 2-11 (2.7/14), Kids 6-11 (3.3/17) and Girls 6-11 (1.5/9).
