Surprised Toonzone didn't hear this confirmation news first, but here it is from the official TMNT site, ninjaturtles.com
>>>>The Holiday Season is upon us! I've been busy with alotta behind-the-scenes stuff - putting the new comic book together for the printer and doing various other monkey work for Mirage concerning the proposed new cel animated show (as most of you know, the proposed computer animated show was nipped in the bud and won't be happening). Things have been gearing up around here for the past year - which is awesome - with any luck the new TMNT projects will come to fruition in the next few years and the Green Team will be on the screen once again - both big and small! We're working with Warner Brothers Animation for the proposed animated TV show, and if all goes well with that, the computer animated movie will go into production shortly thereafter. We're also in negotiations for a potential live action mini-series for TV featuring the Turtles - if this works out, it will be VERY awesome! >>>
As for style of animation, I was told to expect Classic Eastman and Laird, mixed in with Batman Beyond. Who knows if those designs where approved though. It'll be interesting to see what Toonzone can dig up now :)...
