Two down, three to go until we learn who was murdered.
An excellent episode although if they keep making references to life being like high school I may have to quit watching the show. I really like that Will turned out to be a priest. WHATEVER happens, he will NOT be hooking up with Sam at the end of the season.
This is turning out to be a neat mystery series. I have NO clue how they could concievably do a second season though. Although with Fox's pre-emption last week, I don't see how the show can develop a following. ****.
I'm trying to like it, because I like the premise a lot. Craig is such a horrible character and I feel like turning it off everytime I see him. =[

And you'd be right; I was crowing about this show idea for a while and thanks to the pre-emption I thought it was already off the air. I didn't see this episode. Bah!

Yeah, I don't really like Craig. Jenna either. Carla's great, though, and Will as a priest? That's what I love about this whole concept, tease us with stuff from the present (or is it the future? The last one will be 2006, right?), and it makes us more interested in where the characters came from and how they got there. I'm particularly interested in Sam's kid, and I hope we see her grow up.
Having said that, I hope this series is a one-shot deal. No season 2 (especially not with the same cast). Hopefully Fox will air it through season 1 considering I'm still waiting to find out who that mysterious boss was in My Big Fat Obnoxious Boss.
Oh, and how eerie is it that Fox played Crowded House's "Don't Dream It's Over" twice in the same month? First AD, now here. Next we'll probably hear it on...uh...House.

Someone told me it was a monkey, I don't know if that's true or not. Anyway, I heard that if there is a season 2 they will most likely have a whole new cast.

I really like that Will turned out to be a priest. My friends and I were laughing it up when they were keeping the priest's identity a big secret until the last second of the episode. Every poster and magazine advertisement for the show explicitly shows that character dressed as a priest. So the silent shadowy figure man was not all that mysterious to us.
This is really one of the most laughably bad shows I've ever seen. The acting is, in some cases, very weak, and the dialogue is mind-blowingly terrible. Everything every character says is exposition. "I just slept with my best friend's girlfriend!" "This is your cellmate from prison? And now you two are robbing my house!" WE KNOW! But those are the reasons I love this show and will follow it all the way to the end. It's like candy to me.

I'm enjoying the show and I'm going to keep watching, but with Carla the black widow-type and Will the priest I feel like we're watching a more sophisticated version of the board game Clue. I thought it was cool when Detective Marjorino confront Father Malloy, but once that thought went through my head I couldn't help but chuckle at the same time.
Overall though I still like how all the pieces of the show fit together. The story of how the gun went from Will's cellmate to Craig safe made for an interesting one. Does this mean that Craig is the murderer? How this gun came to be used again almost 20 years later could prove to be interesting.
Carla seems to be a woman who loved once but now just feels empty inside so I can only assume that things won't work out between her and Aaron. At least the poor sap got Jenna figured out this week.
If Craig was the one murdered I hope he figured out what a complete jerk he has been his entire life before he died. It would probably be more or less the cause of his death.
