After watching MOTP several times over and over, I have become to like the music that she did for it. Including the latin one. Does anyone know where I can get it? I've looked and no luck.

a thread about one of the unsung heroes not only of "Batman: TAS", but film music in general.
Before hitting the big time twofold in '92 (with B:TAS and being the first woman to write and record an orchestral score with "Memoirs of an Invisible Man"), Walker worked as a conductor and orchestrator under Brad Fiedel, Graeme Revell, Hans Zimmer and most notably, Danny Elfman (she conducted his "Batman" score).
I just love Walker's MOTP score. It's perhaps her best work. Some of my favorite moments:
- the renditions of the Joker theme; lush when Sal Valestra goes to see Joker and loungy when Joker visits Arthur
- the flashback sequence where Bruce (in a ski mask) tries to thwart a robbery; the flashback scenes have this great ascending theme that is used to greatest effect, especially in the finale where everything is blowing up around Andrea and Joker. The choir is just spellbinding.
Walker also wrote a terrific love theme for Bruce and Andrea.

That's funny, just tonight, I was watching "DARKMAN" the movie, and I saw Walkers name in the Credits. That whole score sounds to much like Batman. Elfman seemed to just sample his own stuff.

Walker conducted for Elfman? Cool... no wonder they picked her for B:TAS! Well, aside from the usual stellar quality of her work...
