These are the scenes where either Batman or Superman use scare tactics to get information.
My favorites:
Robin's Reckoning pt 1: One,when Batman says to the thug hanging upside down "All right scumbucket! It's just you,me and thirty stories straight down" Another,in the flashback sequence, when Batman cracks his knuckles when a thug gets uncooperative.
Feat of Clay,pt 2: The scene in the hospital storage room with all the viral and bacterial samples.
When There's Smoke:Superman holding a federal agent out a window.
Never Fear: Batman hanging the guru off a terrace by a cord tied to his ankles and then cutting the cord slowly.

Hey Manhunter, You named all the best ones.
Especially the Viral container one, my fave. And the alley, when he cracks his knuckles.
Robin's Reckoning had the best scenes like that.
How about the one where Batman is all Over that guy in his house, and Zucco is outside the door listening. Batman pretty much is overdramatic, but I was thinking, If I were Zucco, and overheard some guy dressed up as a Bat angrily saying my name, I'd be scared to.
Oh yeah, I vote Zucco, the most scarred and paranoid Villain Of all BTAS. And how about that rats in the ceiling scene, boy you can just SMEEL the fear in him, as he's shooting that machine gun.

Yeah, those are all great! The only other ones i can think of are:
A Bullet for Bullock, i believe, when Batman busts up the crack dealer, pulls him to the top of a building, and pulls him up only seconds before he gets hit by oncoming traffic. After he's back up, Batman just says "take two..."
Ultimate Thrill, i think it was, when Batsy held Penguin out over his balcony and says something like "Let's have a talk. Just like old times."

I like the part at the end of the Cape and the Cowl Conspiracy where Batman reveals himself to Wormwood. Then, he's coming towards him in that dark room with his wings spread. With the music and everything, it's just a great scene.

Ooh,just thought of a new one!
Cult of the Cat:
BATMAN (off screen): Tell me where Catwoman is.
CULTIST: W-- Where are you?
BATMAN (off screen): Wrong answer. You're fond of cats, aren't you? Maybe you'll like my favorite animal.
BATS SWARM THE CULTIST AND HE FALLS INTO THE CHASM. A HOOK GRABS HIS LEG AND THE TERRIFIED CULTIST LOOKS INTO THE DARK ABYSS.
CULTIST: Alright! I'll tell you!

New favorite
Secret Society, when Flash lets the thug fall and then runs alongside him.

Absolute Fave:
Justice League "Maid of Honor"
Batman corners one of the Kaznian criminals who says in Kaznian, "You can't understand a word I'm saying and even if you could I wouldn't tell you a thing!"
Batman's leans in closer and says in Kaznian, "I can, and you will" and then we see his eye reflected in the criminals goggles.

Let's not forget STAS' "The Demon Reborn," when Batman interrogates the guy outside the burning warehouse.
Batman: I'm only going to ask you once...WHERE'S Ra's Al Ghul?

There were a lot of good ones, but one of the ones that immediately springs to mind, while more humorous than actually scary, is when Batman's interrogating Killer Croc in BANE.

I agree. That scene in Ultimate Thrill is just THE ultimate Batman intimidation scene. The atmosphere is very creepy (especially Batman 's reflection in the mirror, great stuff), the animation excellent, the dialogue witty and plain perfect.

My two favorite from Rbin's Reckoning, Part 1 and Feat of Clay, Part 2. Both were not only beautifully animated, but showed just how terrifying Batman is to the average crook. Not only that, but he's quite devious, too, as seen in the Feat of Clay scene where he lies about the contents of the bottle to scare the germaphobe crook. Just a classic scene.

It's not so much intimidating as it is cute, but I love that scene in "The Enemy Below" where he takes Deadshot off to the side, says something to him we can't hear, and then immediately gets what he wants.
Wonder Woman: What did he say?
Superman: You don't want to know.

In one of the parts of Feat of Clay, didn't Batman have some guy dangling from the Batwing as he flew over the city? That's about as hard-edged as an interrogation can get. I think that easily beats out the hospital room scene. (I also loved the preceding moments, when he chased down the guy's car and ripped the door off).

Ooh....the hospital scene in Mask of the Phantasm. Love the animation, the colors, the VA work, the music...a great scene, and the expression of anger/anguish on Batman's face is vivid.

Here are two:
In Batman Beyond, the one where Max and Bruce had to find Terry. Max and Bruce go into the T's hangout because one of them has Terry napsack. Bruce tells Max to leave and he does something to the guy. One can only imagine what Bruce did to the guy to tell him what he wanted, and it is so cool to think that Bruce still can scare the hell out of someone
More recent one is in Maid of Honor, because some people may not of seen this episode I don't want to ruin this cool scene for them
Batman: Who are you working for?
Agent: (in his foriegn language) You can't understand me, and even if you could I wouldn't tell you.
Batman: (in same language) I can... and you will.
(This may not be accurrate)

Oh man, thanks for reminding me! That was in Part 1, and it's also my favorite interrogation scene. Batman uses the police band to transmit a fake APB for the guy he's looking for, Raymond Bell. Bell is driving around when he hears it and tries to get out of Gotham. Batman tracks him down in the Batwing, but Bell goes into the Gotham Midtown tunnel, thinking he's home free...until the Batwing flies into the opposite end. The Batwing's..."ears" pierce the car and carry it off, while a mechanical arm rips the door off and pulls out Bell, just as his car falls into the river.
I searched the World's Finest site looking for some quotes, and this is what I got:
BATMAN: Listen up, Scum Wad, 'cause I'm only going to ask you once.
BELL: Ahh!
BATMAN: Who was Lucius Fox meeting at the tram?
BELL: Wayne! Bruce Wayne!
BATMAN: You lying sleaze! You want to rethink that answer?
BATMAN DIPS THE BATWING'S FRONT AND BELL INTO GOTHAM BAY.
BELL: Ohh, no! Okay, okay, it wasn't Wayne!
Batman tries to discover who set him up, but Bell was so scared out of his mind, that he passed out.
Batman: ...he fainted.
By this time, the police choppers have been following the Batwing, so Batman just drops Bell into the river and flies off.
Like I said before, my favorite interrogation scene.http://forums.toonzone.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Thanks for posting the quotes and info! It's been a while since I've seen the episode so I was little fuzzy on the details. Yeah, great, great scene.

This has been the best intimidation scene so far, because we are left with our imagination going into overdrive wondering what he said.
Though it works best when it stops the bad guy from future badness

I never really liked that one. My reaction was "yeah, right". I thought they gave us too little.

Maid of Honor by far....I can and you will....it gave me chills, and then when Batman went all dark and reflected in the thief's glasses...wow amazing scene.
