As part of their Total Justice and JLA lines of a few years back, Hasbro made both a 5" and 12" Aquaman that looks very similar to how he looks in JL after he lost his hand. True, it is from the comics, but that is where JL got the idea from. The 12" one has been reported as on clearance for 5$ at KB stores.
Brief note: Total Justice was available in most stores. JLA was the line revised and a KB exclusive. When KB decided not to buy wave 4, Toys R Us carried it.
