i was on wikipedia reading new info about the new superman series set in "The Batman universe", and it said Ra's al Ghul is going to appear in it. I was wondering why is he gonna appear in the new superman show instead of on "The Batman"?1.) There's no concrete reason to believe there even is going to be a new Superman cartoon. Last we heard, WB was "mulling the possibility." They haven't even decided whether they are going to do one or not. (It probably depends on the success of both Superman returns and the STAS DTV coming.)

2.) Because the new Superman cartoon is only at the "being considered" stage, then there's nothing concrete about it's story or premise. So, that means that A.) We don't know if it would be part of The Batman's universe or not. It could be. Or it could be totally separate. Or it could be a continuation of STAS. It probably depends on who's producing it, and we JUST DON'T KNOW. B.) As an extension of this, it's far too early to say whether Ra's will be appearing on the show or not. If they haven't even started making it yet, then I guarantee they haven't started scripting it yet. Far, Far, FAR too early to tell, (There may not even BE a new Superman cartoon.)

Who ever added that to Wikipedia was, at best, being overzealous about rumors he heard. At worst, he made it up. But point me to the article. I think I'll correct it.

EDIT: I was poking around Wikipedia, and I couldn't find what you were talking about. It may have already been removed, (thankfully.) But while I was there, I tweaked the "Bat-Embargo" entry they had listed.

here is the entry http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superman:_Animated_Adventures Thank you. I'll be removing this page, because it's full of crap. Sorry about the confusion.

...isn't Clown a Spawn villain?

Wow, the things you find on Wikipedia. Ra's Al Ghul is probably the last DC villain to appear on a Superman show (with Batman Begins and all that).

Yeah. Unless the poster of it meant Toy Man...

Indeed. Unless it's information a past event, I'd take any future "news" the site offers with no ounce of truth. Remember the 'The Batman' episode titles that some poster on the site "revealed"? Yeah.

Edit: And before anyone asks...the The Batman (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Batman_%28TV_series%29) entries for anything that's new...is...well you know the answer to that.
