With those words coming from that girl - 24 threw a new twist in the story! Good Lord this show is heating up quickly! Was anyone else glued to their sets watching this marvelous show? Kinda makes me wish I was taping it! The episode opened up a whole new bag of twists, the best coming right at the end when that girl's father isn't who he says he is...Man! This is all under Bauer's nose!! I wish FOX wasn't pre-empting the show next week for some Christmas themed shows. Crap! Comments??

I agree completely with you DG on 24..what an awesome show. It is quickly replacing Smallville as my favorite new show.
I love the writing, the character development, and all the plot twists. You really never know what is going to happen form week to week.
I was never really a big fan of K.Sutherland except for Lost Boys but he is earning a new respect from me for his acting.

O MAN!
When I heard those words, I was quite shocked! I had wondered about the dad, but thought he was legit.
But I fell on the floor when Kim's Mom got the call from Nina!
Y'know I for one don't really care about Palmer any more that story line is boring but Jack's situation is now my favorite. :dot:

Palmer's story is only mildly interesting now. Although the relevation that his whole family knew his son killed that rapist did surprise me. But I think it will go uphill from here. His entire family has kept a secret from him, so he doesn't know how far this goes. I think he willreveal the secret during the press conference. It looks like Bauer may be in for a lost cause if Palmer loses any chance he has of winning.
But the Bauer's (all three of them) situation has me on the edge of my seat. Jack is completely screwed, as is his wife. I know she'll kick that guy's butt next episode and try to escape. I didn't suspect the father at all until tonight. There was one scene, before we find out, where he gives this really weird look. Then I thought: "Wait..what do we know of this guy?"
I'm glad FOX picked up all 24 episodes....I gotta see how this ends...

I wondered about that guy really being Janet's dad a few eps ago, but didn't give it too much thought until this one. Still, it was surprising. This is an excellent show!

I was a bit suspicious of him for...like a second...but then I just let it slip. It just completely slipped under the radar. Thankfully the show picked up an extra million viewers last night.

when "the sentinel" killed janet, i thought he was going sneak out of the hospital but instead, he sticks around feeds a bogus story to teri. so, he is not out the picture yet and it spells trouble for teri because she is still with him.

Yeah, same here. There was a moment earlier in the episode when I wondered about the guy, but I immediately let that go. A definite stunner.
Since that ep, I've been waiting for the next. It hasn't come yet, right? When are the new episodes supposed to resume?
