Bringing PStwo to Europe?

I want to bring my PStwo (slim) to Europe since I am moving. Someone told me that I won't need a transformer because the machine converts by itself. If that's the case, can I then just buy an European powercord and play away? (of course the TV will have to be able to show NTSC)
