PPG edited?

I was just watching PPG, and in the episode with the dogs, I think there may have been an edit. I remember that after the Japanese man was turned into a dog, he got up onto the table and licked his food, here, he is just turned into a dog. Was it edited?

I remember someone, I don't remember if he was Japanese or not, jumping onto the table and licking their food after being turned into a dog. Though I don't see why they should cut that out, unless the food was a drug or something.

You probably saw the sequel of the original episode with the dogs, in which they show the same stuff again, only sped up. That probably explains it, since I saw the original episode with the scene intact just last week.
