I am looking for the cartoon which appeared in the papers when Mel Blanc died showing all Bugs and co all "speechless". Where the hell can I find it on the net???

Well, I'm not to sure, but you might want to check out an animation art gallery website, since that picture was released as a special edition sericel (I think that's what it is).

Yeah, I only remember seeing that in my local Warner Bros. Studio Store, which has since closed...

You know, you might want to try going through some archives of some trade papers from that time like 'VARIETY'.

Wellllll if you had asked yesterday then there was one at:

They come and go on Ebay periodically (prices can vary, be cautious). The late Warner Bros. stores even had a moving version (this image flipping over to a portrait of Mel...)

Run a search once or twice a week on Ebay as "Mel Blanc" in titles and descriptions.
