Big O!

I was just wondering when more Big O episodes are going to be produced. It's a great show and deserves a third season.

I love Big O!

During season two Inu Yasha fever was at a high point. All over the adult swim boards there were "BIG O SUCKS" "Inu Yasha leaving??!?!" And other such nonsense. It felt so good seeing Big O beat out Inu Yasha in the ratings week after week. I also loved seeing "Hey, Inu Yasha fans: SHUT UP!" On an adult swim card.

And I agree with you, I'd love to see a third season, but sadly the last episode of season two, seemed to be the finale.

Don't know if you've seen it, but the last few episodes really answered lot's of questions raised during the show...And the last episode had some pretty harsh closure.

I CAN think of ways to get around this. Who knows, maybe we'll get lucky.

I loved the two seasons, but we don't need another. Like said, it's already been wrapped up nice enough, returning it might end up ruining it.

Of course, we love Big O, but it's had it's revival and I'm content with it ending. Just goes to show you that some of the best anime is written and not based off manga stories.

If you understood it(I did), then the ending couldnt be more perfect. Adding more episodes would just ruin it, but then again, if more episodes are produced, Mike Lazzo would quit CN(yay! ;) )

Welcome to the boards! For future reference, most anime discussion belongs in the Anime Forum, but since Big O is an AS property, I took the liberty of moving the thread over to the Adult Swim forum.

As has been pointed out, all indications point to the second season of Big O being the last. Personally, I'm all in favor of this-- I thought the second season was a big step down in quality from the first.

While most anime fans would agree that Big O desrves annother season to atleast attempt to answer some questions, most Adult Swim viewers DO NOT.

Well if the Eva and Uncut DBZ (Yes, I know its on regular CN) entries were any indication, doing that might get more seasons greenlit! :)

And why do people keep saying Lazzo will quit if the issue came up again? I haven't seen any evidence that backs up that claim. As far as I am concerned that's nothing more the rantings of a fanboy.
