Should the TT VA's be given Superhero roles in JLU? Why or why not?
My answer is yes, for two reasons:
1. NON-CONTINUITY. While it is beyond dispute that TT and JLU are not of the same universe and timeline, it does not necessarily follow that the VA's are already barred from getting a superhero role on JLU. True enough, they cannot appear as Robin, Starfire, Cyborg, Beast Boy, and Raven, but will it be the same if they will appear as (Insert name of JLU Member #1), (JLU Member #2), and so on? Why force a crossover between TT and JLU when the purpose of such crossover episode is basically to join together, beat the bad guys and save the day? And since the Titans have already risen to the level at par with the JLU, should they have at least one JLU episode devoted to them as a tribute, in the same manner as the Ultimen were tributes to the Superfriends?
2. TALENT. If the talents behind the 7 JL members were cast as villains (Justice Lords), and the Titans VA's were also cast as villains in their own show and in "Wild Cards" as the Royal Flush Gang, I see no reason why they cannot be given superhero roles in JLU. Besides, how many superheroes are there in JLU without any speaking dialogue? Some of them are The Ray, Starman, Stargirl, Commander Steel, Fire, Ice, Vibe, Sand, etc. We've seen Ron Perlman voicing as Slade in TT, and Orion and Clayface in JLU. Same thing for Lauren Tom, voicing as Gizmo and Jinx in TT and Dr. Light, Dana, and the child Green Lantern in JLU. So why not the Titans VA's be given the same role?

No. I don't see why this is even a question. There would be nothing wrong with some of the TT folks playing heroes, but I see real reason why it should happen. If one of them has a voice that first perfectly with a JLU hero that's great, but I don't see why there is some need to give them parts. They already have work.

I voted "No" but it's a conditional no. I don't think the voice actors should be shoehorned into a JLU role just because they're a Teen Titans voice actor. However, if a role came along that one of the actors was right for then I'd have no problem with it.

If Scott Menville, Hynden Walch, Greg Cypes, Khary Payton, or Tara Strong are right for some JLU role, I'm sure they'll be contacted. After all, it's not like Andrea Romano could possibly forget they exist. But otherwise, there's no reason to give them roles on JLU "just because". And I think everyone would agree that Walch proved her own stuff quite well as Ace in the recent episode Epilogue, so I don't see much room for complaint.
And since the Titans have already risen to the level at par with the JLU, should they have at least one JLU episode devoted to them as a tribute, in the same manner as the Ultimen were tributes to the Superfriends?
Even if you don't count Wild Cards as a tribute to the Titans, how about Kid Stuff? From the moment I saw that episode, I thought it was blatantly (and purposely) Titans-esque, in both the character designs of the young Leaguers and the way the team dynamics ended up working. So, frankly, I think there's already been a tribute.

I said no because the TT are somthing different and should be reconized by themselves not by "Hey they were/are on JL.

By simply saying the Titan's VAs should be given a shot on JLU says that JLU is the real deal and that Titans are the wanna-bes. That an appearance on JLU is some sort of "prize" for them proves that they are inferior...at least in your eyes (and mine). We all know the Holy Grail of the animated universe is JL/JLU and all the others should kneel before it!

I think some should, Tara Strong(Raven) should definatlety cuz she's been Batgirl on TNBA(sadly Batgirl's not allowed on JLU though) and she could be someone else. Other than that, I haven't heard of any other of the VA's, and if the VA who voices Starfire can't voice deeper pitched or not kiddyish she should stat far away from JLU, if she can then fine, but someone who sounds like Starfire on JLU would suck.

No. I don't see why this is even a question. If what I wanted to ask is "Should they be re-cast again on JLU?", the question would be general and broad. And if I wanted to be specific, I would have added "...as guest supporting roles" to the earlier question.
I would have meant the same thing if I were to ask, "Should Janice Kawaye and Grey DeLisle (of Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi) be cast in JLU as Fire and Ice?" It's not like I would type the five names of all VA's, the only reason why I used "Teen Titans VA's" is to refer to the five of them. So what I really meant is: "Should Cipes, Menville, Payton, Strong, and Walch be re-cast again on JLU, this time having guest supporting roles?"

And I think everyone would agree that Walch proved her own stuff quite well as Ace in the recent episode Epilogue, so I don't see much room for complaint.I don't have a problem with Walch having been cast as Ace, or the other VA's cast as the Royal Flush Gang. It is just that, I'm thinking that the JLU team may have a bias against TT, which is probably why they (Cipes, Menville, etc.) are barred from having a guest supporting appearance. I get what you mean, that they should be cast not because they are the Teen Titans VA's, but it is because of who they are.
To me, Kid Stuff is more of a parody of TT than a real tribute because the episode completely detracts from JLU's theme, focused mainly on a more serious tone. TT also has its share of serious episodes, but as far as JLU is concerned, I would consider Legends and Ultimatum as tributes. Legends pays tribute to the Golden Age versions of GL and Flash, etc. And Ultimatum pays tribute to Apache Chief, Samurai, and the other Superfriends characters. How would Kid Stuff be considered as a tribute when the episode mainly featured miniature versions of the Leaguers, shrunk to the size of their Titan counterparts? No matter how small the Leaguers are, that alone will not suffice as to pay homage to Robin, Starfire, Cyborg, Beast Boy, and Raven. Kid Superman is still Superman, not Superboy. Kid Batman is still Batman/Bruce Wayne, not Robin or Nightwing. Kid Diana is still Wonder Woman, not Wonder Girl. Kid GL is still John Stewart.
I would have counted Wild Cards as a tribute had TT started airing. But that episode preempted TT, so that means it can hardly be a tribute.
I think some should, Tara Strong(Raven) should definatlety cuz she's been Batgirl on TNBA(sadly Batgirl's not allowed on JLU though) and she could be someone else. This was the type of response I was looking for specifically. True, if they cannot cast TS as Batgirl because of the Bat-Embargo, why not Oracle? It's not like Barbara Gordon will forever be Batgirl. Barbara Gordon would then be appearing on JLU not as Batgirl, but as Oracle. Much like Dick Grayson as Nightwing and not as Robin, except that he cannot appear on JLU for some reason.
Actually, Walch already voiced as Ace in Wild Cards and Epilogue. Same thing for Cipes, Payton, and Menville, who appeared as Jack, Ten, and King in Wild Cards.

I don't see why this is a question because I don't think they should be sought for a part on JLU. The rest of my response (which you did not quote, but I assume you read) details that if it worked out they were right for a part, great, but it shouldn't be "We need to get Cipes, Menville, Payton, Strong and Walch back in here. Somebody find them a hero."

Kid Superman is still Superman, not Superboy. Technically, kid Superman was once Superboy. ;)
(Please don't respond "NO!! NOT IN THE DCAU!!! DIDN'T YOU WATCH SUPERMAN: TAS?!!?1")

The VA who voices Starfire (Hynden Walch) has already proven that she can do a deeper, more adult voice - she is the voice of Starfire's sister, Blackfire.

Cool, she was Ace and Blackfire, okay so its just the creators faults for wanting Starfire to have a voice like that on TT, I aploigize, the reason Starfire in the toon, is not the VA's fault. Really though does anyone here like Starfire on TT, explain, cuz I find her to be very annoying and a disgrace ot her comic book counterpart.
