I was sorely disappointed by the "Cry Wolf" arc in Ultimate because the Gambit/Rogue hookup was so contrived and unoriginal. I considered skipping this issue because I assumed it would be a "Gambit and Rogue have a wacky Las Vegas adventure!" story. Thankfully, I picked it up.

One word: wow. I never saw that ending coming. That brilliant twist completely makes up for "Cry Wolf"'s mediocrity.

I have to agree Sandoz - I did not see that ending coming. I can't believe Rogue totally "Carol Danver'd" Gambit. I like that the Ultimate Universe can throw a twist in like this from time to time. I wonder if she'll be heading back to the regular book anytime soon. I would really like to see more of her after this really cool development.

The ending was unexecpted to say the least. I dug it though...It was cool to see Juggernaut again, and I'm wondering what effect the magic relic that got shoved in his face. If he'll be more like the 616 version, with magic feuling his power.

Yeah, I hope she shows up soon. Rogue just got more intresting.
